SMS Service Provider
We use Twilio, Inc. as our SMS service provider. Your phone number and message data are transmitted to and processed by Twilio to facilitate delivery of SMS messages. Twilio acts as a data processor on our behalf and is bound by its own privacy policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with any other third parties for their marketing purposes.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further automated messages. To re-subscribe, text START to the same number.
Data Retention
We retain SMS opt-in records, consent timestamps, and related message logs for as long as required by applicable law, carrier guidelines, and The Campaign Registry (TCR) compliance requirements — typically a minimum of five years.
