How We Got Here
A project became an experiment. The experiment became a team. The team is building the company. The company is coming to market.
Can I build a functioning personal assistant?
It started with a simple itch: I wanted a smart assistant I could text and email like a human colleague. No apps to open, no dashboards to check. Just message and get things done. That curiosity built Sabine.
Can I build a human-in-the-loop team of coding agents?
Sabine needed infrastructure. Infrastructure needed engineers. So I built them — a team of AI agents that could clone repos, write code, and ship PRs without a human at the terminal. That experiment became Strug Works Virtual Engineering.
Can I build the platform that builds everything?
Strug Works needed to be faster, smarter, and truly autonomous. So I started building SINC — the intelligence platform that makes every agent better over time. The means to the dream, being built by the dream.
Can this become a real autonomous organization?
The experiment became a company. Governance, product catalogs, a public-facing site, a team with real roles and real accountability. Strug City is operational. The team ships. The products are real.
Can we bring products to the world?
On the horizon: Studio Head and Sports Excellence Hub. Products built by the org, for the market. The company goes to market. The dream becomes a business.

The underdog ethos
No CS degree. No VC backing. Just the curious itch and the willingness to grind, adapt, and learn. Strug City is where vibe coders become CTOs. The biggest tourist attraction is a majestic flight of stairs.
